Exactly As You Asked.
Cells use energy (from food, sunlight) to create order inside themselves.
Humility starts with the belief in your heart that everyone you meet is showing you something you need to become.
I wrote that line on a random Tuesday in April 2024. No big moment. No life-changing event. Just a thought.
This week, digging through old journals,torn pages, scribbles, old selves I had to outgrow. I found a bunch of them and more.
So, here’s a handful of those thoughts. Maybe they’ll help you the way they helped me.
Faith & Inner Life
(Foundation)
Faith and fear both run on belief. Choose one because they can’t go together.
God brings opportunities, but you must bring the determination.
Love is not a reward, love is what you are, therefore it is your responsibility to bring love into every situation.
In our chests—the quieter truths tend to live. The loud ones are usually lying.
Suffering needs a meaning.
Meaningful work is oxygen. Work on how you feel. Change your states, change your focus, change the story you keep telling yourself.
Everything feels meaningless… until it finally makes sense.
Mindset & Awareness
(Activation)
Awareness without action is self-inflicting pain. Idleness is decay.
Stress is a choice: am I under it, or am I above it?
What questions are keeping you company — and do you even like their company?
Watch out for self-inflicting pain.
When it feels like something inside you is dying, stay calm — something bigger might be trying to be born.
Today, freedom and safety aren't what you own. They're what you can create through confidence.
Making money is common sense. Fear makes it complicated.
Truth & Learning
(Targets)
Truth without opinion is rare. Protect it when you find it.
To learn, you must listen — really listen.
If you stay in your own head you’re dead. Act on your intuition, not your logic.
Strength & Character
(Application)
If you have no outlet for your aggression — no sport, no mission, no competition — it turns inward. You become your own target and most likely you will crush it.
Take risks from a position of strength, not desperation.
Don’t look down on people. Humility comes before honor.
Guilt weakens your confidence. Burn them off.
Don’t become a victim of your environment.
Love, Family & Loyalty
(Protection)
Family — special occasions are business meetings.
Loyalty is control. Family is your strength.
Success is measured by the people around you.
Business & Work
(Creation)
Seek mutual success, not mutual destruction. (Especially in business.)
On the contrary to popular belief: Business is peace, not a battle.
In business, there can be multiple winners. Find the right people and focus on making sound decisions.
Even good games can be made into better ones (business).
Make the game you want, don’t just take the game you find (business).
The right work doesn’t exhaust your soul — it liberates your personality.
Work is not a punishment. Work is a social duty.
Art, Beauty & Energy

Buy art, whatever that means to you.
Education is man’s ability to excel in the art of living.
Warnings & Habits

Don’t drink alcohol. Don’t smoke cigarettes.
Destiny & Focus
(Tools)
Everything you observe up close is a map of your future.
Whatever catches your eye is a message from your destiny, but only if you believe it.
There’s plenty from where this came from.
If they spoke to you, stay close.
