“There’s a million ways to make a million dollars”
-Iman Gadzhi, on The Remote Revolution EP. 02
Dear,
One of the most effective ways to learn to do something is by learning and emulating others who have already done it successfully.
Whether it’s in business or anything you can think of it is important to consider applying their advice and knowledge, ultimately to accomplish one particular goal:
Forming your conclusions and developing your own experiences.
-Unconventional Paths-
To define an unconventional path we must first define what’s a conventional path.
A conventional path/life typically refers to a lifestyle that aligns with societal norms, expectations, and traditions.
It often involves following a set path that is accepted by individuals within a particular society.
So, by definition, an unconventional path is going against all norms, expectations, and traditions.
It’s funny because the people we look up to went the unconventional route.
In other words, they created their own paths.
People who push the conventional path live in a “tired normalcy”.
The idea of “safety” comes at a price. As you know, nothing is free. We exchange “security” for our unfulfilled dreams.
I understand that taking leaps of faith without informed decisions can be daunting. It carries a great deal of pressure. Nevertheless, calculated risks have proven time and time again to be rewarded.
Is not recklessness when you are fearless.
It’s a practice and we should practice more of it.
-Extraordinary Results-
Embracing the unconventional is not without its challenges.
The path less traveled often demands resilience, determination, and a willingness to weather the skepticism and criticism of others.
It requires an unwavering belief in oneself and the courage to face the unknown.
The rewards on this side of the coin have no limits.
Stepping outside the boundaries of what’s conventional allows for insane personal growth, and a sense of authenticity, and promotes self-discovery.
Extraordinary results come down to never giving up on wanting to find out what you’re capable of. Whatever it is that you’re looking for. If you look hard and close enough, you may find it.
And it may be sooner than you think.
Value is in the eye of the beholder. In life, it is you, the beholder, who gives value to the things you observe, contemplate, and experience.
When confronted with complacency, conventional concepts, or societal and mental constructs that feel out of sync with your inner truth, remember that you possess a powerful choice.
You can choose to blend in with the herd, adhering to the familiar path, or you can courageously embark on the road less traveled, forging your own journey.
It’s time.
Time to go for extraordinary results.
much love,
J.
